  • Booking with Signature Barbers is easy! Simply visit our website, choose your desired service, enter your address, and select a convenient time slot. You can also contact us directly for assistance.

 

3. What services do you offer?

  • We specialise in a wide range of haircuts, including skin fades, tapers, and classic cuts. Additionally, we provide services for beards, hair replacement systems, and more. Explore our website for a complete list of offerings.

 

4. How long does a typical appointment take?

  • A standard haircut appointment usually takes around 30-45 minutes, though it may vary based on the specific service and your preferences.

 

5. Can more than one person book a haircut to the same address?

  • Yes, multiple clients can book haircuts to the same address. Simply find a suitable time slot that accommodates all appointments and book using one address.

 

6. Do you offer group bookings for events?

  • Yes, we do! Signature Barbers is perfect for group events such as weddings, stag parties, and corporate gatherings. Contact us for special arrangements and pricing.

 

7. Do you offer any discounts?

  • Yes, we do offer discounts. We provide a multiple same address group booking discount. For example, if 5 clients book a haircut under 1 address, there will be a 5% discount applied to each haircut. For larger group bookings, please contact us for details.

 

8. Best way to pay?

  • We recommend paying in full before your appointment for a seamless experience. We accept most payment methods, including paying through our booking system, contactless payment (tap your card or phone), Apple/Google Pay, bank transfer, or cash.

 

9. Is there any additional seating available?

  • Yes, we've thought of your comfort. We've designed and built a hidden fold-out seat in the wall, allowing a friend or family member to wait comfortably. This way, two people can fit in the van, with one in the barber chair and one in the hidden wall seat.

 

10. How far in advance can I book?

  • You can book up to 6 weeks in advance.

 

11. Do I need a driveway or parking to use this service?

  • While a client doesn't necessarily need a driveway, it's important to ensure there is on-road parking or a safe space for us to park the van during the appointment.
